What’s Happening NOW at Justus Orchard?

Blackberry Peach Crisp

 In a 8 x 8 baking dish place
4 cups sweetened sliced peaches
2 cups sweetened blackberries

Crisp Topping

1 cup Quick Oats
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup frozen or very cold butter
1 tsp cinnamon

Pulse in food processor until you have fine crumbs.

Pour over fruit and bake in 325 degree oven for 45 minutes until topping is crisp.

For a large group you will probably want to double this recipe or after you taste it 
you will want to double it the next time!
